Last time we talked, I told you all about floor buffers. But I left out 1 important detail…

You’re going to need some cleaning pads for your buffer.

Carpet cleaning pads or “bonnets” are the round fabric piece that goes between the buffer and the carpet. The pads scrub the fibers and soak up cleaning solution (and the dirt, grime, and “yuck” that’s broken down in your cleaning solution).

If you want to get the carpets really clean, you’ll need the best pads.

P.S. – Buy enough pads that you can use at least 1-2 pads per room on each job. (I normally keep at least 25-50 pads in the van, but you don’t need that many to start).
